Associate Membership in the Satellite Industry Association (SIA) is open to companies, individuals or organizations that do not meet the criteria for executive membership but do meet one of the following definitions.
Membership Levels and Definitions:
A. Domestic or international companies engaged in satellite related activities defined as the provision of satellite services, the resale of satellite services, the manufacturing of satellites or ground station equipment, or the provision of satellite launch services.

B. Companies and individuals involved in consulting, legal, financial or information services in support of the commercial satellite industry.

C. Non-profit organizations and professional associations in either the satellite, aerospace or communications industries.

Dues Structure:

All Associate Members $15,000

Benefits and Privileges:

1. Associate Members may participate in all open SIA meetings and events but do not have voting rights.
2. Eligible to participate in all working group meetings and events. Current SIA working groups are; Regulatory, Legislative, Broadband and Internet, Export, and Trade working groups.
3. Participation on SIA sponsored panels and industry events.
4. Hyperlink from SIA Web Site to Associate Member Internet home page.
5. Subscriptions to the SIA weekly Director's Report as well as the SIA Quarterly Report.
6. Participation in the Annual SIA Satellite Industry Indicators Survey as well as unlimited access to the resulting data.
7. Right to use SIA logo in all corporate literature
8. Receive executive briefings, updates and special electronic reports on regulatory issues
