Airbus Joins SIA

SIA Welcomes Airbus Defense and Space as the Association’s Newest Member

Washington, D.C., December 13, 2018 – The Satellite Industry Association (SIA) is pleased to announce that Airbus Defense and Space, Inc., of Herndon, Va., has joined SIA.

Airbus Defense and Space, Inc., offers a broad array of advanced space and satellite related products and services to meet U.S. military and government requirements. Capabilities include space systems, commercial SATCOM and MILSATCOM, communications, intelligence and security, ground and mobile networks and Earth observation.  A new Florida satellite joint manufacturing facility is the latest step in the Company’s continued and long-standing support of U.S. manufacturing, job creation and investment.
